My name is John Ward. I am one of two owners of Stanton Hill Company and I would personally like to thank you for taking the time to look at our organization and let us help you with your next project no matter what size , I am sure Aaron and I will be very beneficial to your needs. I started in the construction industry when I was 18 and have been involved with it ever since from laborer to general manager of a door company to most recently a superintendent of one of the faster growing companies in the area. As well as a superintendent I have started and successfully run a cleaning company for four years. This enabled me to sharpen my business skills in preparation for this organization that has been in the planning for some time. Aaron and I both wanted to ensure nothing but a smooth, quality run business. As a superintendent I have been closely involved with many design build projects as well as many subcontractors allowing Stanton Hill to pick the right sub for the right job, from distribution centers in excess of 400,000 sq. ft. to tenant finish projects in excess of 1.7 million sq. ft. and as small as 500 sq. ft.
